Salted Caramels


We started experimenting with Salted Caramel!

We’ve got everything just about perfect! Now we are just experimenting with salt size! It’s a rivalry between large salt grains and small salt grains! The first batch we compromised and mixed the salt together so each caramel had a little of both! But, it's time to decide! What do you think?
